Dilonell Properties rent out rooms for students and researchers that are coming to Gothenburg to study. Our property is located close to the city, in a nice, tranquil part of Gothenburg called Krokslätt. Perfect environment to be able to focus on studies.

Just a few minutes’ walk from the property the bus station is located. It only takes 8 min to Chalmers, 10 minutes to Gothenburg city centre and 15 minutes to AstraZeneca. The area has lots of supermarkets and restaurants. The property is also close to the tramline that connect all of Gothenburg.

On our property we have 2 separate living facilities. We have a small house for three students and we have a large apartment for five students.

In both of the rental options each student has their own bedroom. The rest of the facility is shared, such as kitchen, bathrooms, living room, laundry room and deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to be able to cook and eat. Everyone is responsible to keep the place tidy and clean. Parking space for car and bike is available. Internet, heat, water, TV and garbage disposal is included in the rent. Electricity is added to each students bill each month.

In each bedroom there is a nice new bed, desk and closet. New sheets and such are available to every new guest. Digital locks on each bedroom door.

Smoking inside and pets are not allowed. One bedroom for each student, no couples.

We don’t rent out rooms for less than six months. We require a deposit of one month’s rent.

The apartment consists of five bedrooms of different sizes. The shared space consists of two bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room with washing machine and dryer. It also has a large balcony that is perfect to use in the summer time. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to be able to cook and eat, it also has a dishwasher.

The small house has three bedrooms. The shared space consists of two bathrooms, kitchen/living room and a large deck that is perfect to use in the summer time. One of the bathrooms has a washing machine and a dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to be able to cook and eat, also has a dishwasher.
